A Weekend of Spirit-Led Worship: Workshop Recap & Pentecost Rally Invitation

What a truly blessed and spirit-filled weekend we had at our Prophetic Praise & Worship Workshop on 25–26 April 2026, attended by 42 of our CCR Praise & Worship members from various language groups.
Through the guidance of Derek Chong and Adrian Oyog, we were led deeper into the understanding of what it means to move towards Spirit-led and Christ-centred worship — worship that is not about ourselves, but about leading hearts into the adoration of God.
In Luke 4:8, Jesus reminds us:
"Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only."
We were also reminded through CCC 2097:
"To adore God is to praise and exalt Him and to humble oneself, as Mary did in the Magnificat ... The worship of the one God sets man free from turning in on himself, from the slavery of sin and the idolatry of the world."
Over these two days, we experienced moments of reflection, surrender and renewal as one community serving the Lord through music and worship ministry. We thank God for every heart that came open and hungry for more of Him.
