As we journey through the season of Lent, the Church invites us to examine our hearts, return to God, and allow Him to renew us from within.

Many of us carry wounds, regrets, and burdens from the past that quietly weigh down our hearts. When we allow the Holy Spirit to work within us, He brings healing, cleansing, and freedom into our lives. As Jesus says in John 16:8, “The Spirit convicting us of sin and inspiring the repentance needed for Lent.”
