He freely shares these gifts with the members of his mystical body, namely His Church. Referred to as the sanctifying gifts of the Spirit, they help recipients become more receptive to the Holy Spirit's guidance in their lives, grow in holiness, and prepare them for heaven.

With four decades of involvement in the Charismatic Renewal, Vincent has assumed diverse roles - Prayer Group Leader, Praise & Worship Leader, and CCR Speaker. Presently, he is an active member of the ArchKL CHARIS (Catholic Charismatic Renewal International Service) Ministry and serves on the PMST (Peninsular Malaysia Service Team).
