On July 28, 2024, Dr. Madelene Ong, a Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner, conducted a Breathwork and Meditation Workshop for our KG-Std 3 catechism students, parents, and catechists. During the workshop, participants learned about mindful breathing and engaged in guided meditation sessions to deepen their connection with God.
