Empowering Youth through Christian Meditation Workshop

Our Form 1 - 3 catechism students attended a ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ/๐‚๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐Œ๐ž๐๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ on May 26, 2024, led by Dr. Madeline Ong, a Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner. The session provided valuable tools for inner peace, focus, and spiritual growth. They learned techniques to calm their minds, deepen their faith, and connect more deeply with God.


May they continue to cultivate the habits of Christian Meditation (Habit 6) and Mindful Living (Habit 6) in their daily lives.
