Our Form 1 - 3 catechism students attended a ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ/๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ on May 26, 2024, led by Dr. Madeline Ong, a Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner. The session provided valuable tools for inner peace, focus, and spiritual growth. They learned techniques to calm their minds, deepen their faith, and connect more deeply with God.
May they continue to cultivate the habits of Christian Meditation (Habit 6) and Mindful Living (Habit 6) in their daily lives.
