Faith, Freedom, and Fellowship: Filipino Community Celebrates 128th Independence Day in SFA

On June 12, 2026, the Filipino Community gathered at St. Francis of Assisi, Cheras, in faith and gratitude to celebrate the 128th Philippine Independence Day.
The celebration began with participation in the Daily Mass, followed by a fellowship gathering that strengthened our bonds as one community. Together, we gave thanks for the gift of freedom and remembered the sacrifices and courage of our national heroes who paved the way for the nation we cherish today.
As Filipinos living abroad, may we continue to uphold the values of faith, unity, gratitude, and love for our country wherever we may be. May God's blessings guide our nation and our community always.
