Freed by the Spirit: Reflections from our CCR Prayer Meet

At our recent CCR Prayer Meet, we were reminded that many of us carry the weight of past failures, guilt, regrets, and hidden wounds. These burdens can quietly weigh down our hearts, keeping us from fully embracing the new life God desires for us.
Our speaker, Vincent Nathan, encouraged us to bring these struggles before the Lord and open our hearts to the Holy Spirit. As Ezekiel 36:25–27 promises, God will sprinkle clean water upon us, give us a new heart, and put a new Spirit within us.
May we surrender our past into Jesus’ pierced hands and allow the Holy Spirit to cleanse, restore, and renew us, setting us free to live a new life in Him.
