Invitation to Morning Qigong at SFA Station 12

Start your day with energy, peace, and mindfulness! Join us for Morning Exercises & Qigong every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 6:30 AM at SFA Station 12.


Through gentle meditative movements and mindful breathing, we cultivate inner stillness and holistic well-being, practicing:


  • Habit 6 - Christian Meditation: Meditation in movement & stillness

  • Habit 7 - Mindful Movement: Moving with awareness and presence

  • Habit 8 - Healthy Lifestyle: Morning exercises & Qigong for vitality


Come experience harmony of body, mind, and spirit in a welcoming community. No prior experience needed—all are welcome!
