JUBILEE 2025 REFLECTION (5th Sunday of Lent)

𝟲 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – 𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗚𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗹: 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝟴:𝟭-𝟭𝟭)

John 8:1-11 recounts the story of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆, where Jesus reveals the depth of God’s mercy and calls her, and us, to repentance. With these words, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more,” He offers forgiveness over judgment. His compassion invites us to do the same: to let go of condemnation, forgive freely, and walk humbly in the grace we’ve received.

As we continue our 𝗝𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲, let us reflect:

“How can we respond with mercy rather than condemnation when witnessing the struggles of others in their journey of faith?”
