NOVENA TO THE HOLY SPIRIT (Day 8: The Gift of Wisdom)

“But the wisdom from above is first pure,

then peaceable, gentle, open to reason,

full of mercy and good fruits,

impartial and sincere.”

- James 3:17

The spiritual 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 is not mere human knowledge but a supernatural grace that enables us to see life as God sees it. It gives us a deep understanding of His will and allows us to discern people and events through His eyes.

This gift helps us love what is truly good and seek God above all. It guides our decisions, especially in trials, and shapes our prayer, relationships, and response to both joy and suffering. Wisdom leads us to walk in peace and confidence, trusting in God's loving plan.

𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝘀, 𝗢 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺,

that we may see the world through Your eyes,

seek Your will in all things,

and find joy in trusting in Your divine plan.
