Rooted in Faith, Growing in Sustainability

The Hydroponics & Composting talk organized by the Creation Justice Ministry on 26 April had very good response and very positive feedback.

Speakers shared hands-on experiences, quizzed attendees and gave away fresh produce from their hydroponics farm. The vibrant and interactive session inspired many to consider home farming.

Hydroponics is ideal for urban settings, being compact, less messy and fast-growing. The passionate speakers have offered to support anyone keen to start their own system.

CJM is now exploring a parish-based hydroponics farm. Beyond learning, we hope the event also fostered fellowship, share interest in gardening and helping connect parishioners through shared faith and care for creation.
