When the Apostles asked Jesus, "Lord, teach us to pray" (Lk 11:1), He taught them the 'Our Father'.
You probably know it by heart. Jesus shows us that God is our loving Father, who created us, cares for us, and gives us everything we need. God is worthy of all praise.
If you're seeking peace in your life, try starting with praise, remembering that God holds all things -- including you and whatever might be troubling you -- in His hands.
Taizé Prayer is an opportunity for all the faithful to praise and worship Jesus in His very Presence through the Holy Eucharist.
