The Fire of the Father’s Love: Living as Beloved Children

Thank you to all who gathered for our recent 𝗖𝗖𝗥 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. It was a beautiful evening of praise and prayer.

In his talk, “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲: 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁”, Fr Paul Cheong reminded us that Christian life does not begin with what we do for God, but with who we are to Him. We are not meant to live with an orphan spirit marked by fear, but to be transformed by the Spirit of Sonship, as beloved sons and daughters of the Father.

As Scripture assures us, “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” (Romans 8:16) May this truth take deeper root in our hearts, setting us free to live with confidence, intimacy, and joy in the Father’s love.

Let us continue to open our hearts to the Holy Spirit and allow His fire to renew us from within.
