Greetings from Sibu!
SFA has 8 parishioners participating in the historic Malaysia Pastoral Convention: Bro Tony Bingkuan OFMCap, Ann Francis, Joseph Lim, Maria Santiago, Michael Sew, Mario Richard Peter, Sandra Ann, and Shivonne Preveena.
Listening to the speakers and being in the Conversation in the Spirit with delegates from different dioceses showed that, in spite of our differences, there is something greater that unites us.
Every evening, there were presentations by the different dioceses showing their history and culture. We are proud that almost all delegates from the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur (more than 100 of them) were part of the diocese's presentation.
