  • At the heart of our Catholic life is the Eucharist - the summit toward which the Churchโ€™s activity is directed and the source of all her power.

  • The Eucharist is the font of the Holy Spirit, a sacred place where we find transformation, comfort, and renewal in the face of anxiety, fear, death, darkness, and hopelessness.

  • In the Mass, where Heaven and earth unite, we receive the antidote to death: the Living Bread, Jesus Himself.

If we truly grasp this truth, we can understand the great tragedy of many Catholics who have chosen not to return to Mass on Sundays. They are not merely missing out on a sacred meal; they are denying themselves the only nourishment that leads to eternal life.

All are welcome! Bring a friend and letโ€™s encounter the Holy Spirit together.
