"We are no longer cut off from God; we’re invited into the heart of the divine mystery."

Yet, merely talking about this transformation achieves nothing. 🕊 Practice is essential. For us, meditation is the key.

Jesus, in New Testament language, sends His Spirit to dwell in our hearts. His Spirit is open in love to the Father. By opening ourselves to His Spirit, we too enter divine love. Our consciousness—everyone’s—is called to infinite expansion, to full maturity. Jesus brought the divine within reach of all.

But how? Through meditation. 🧘

Meditation dismantles barriers we’ve built, freeing us to experience Jesus’ presence within. It loosens the ego’s grip, placing God at the centre. We learn humility—seeing ourselves rightly—and discover Jesus as the bridge to the Father. He carries us from egoism’s isolation into divine love’s river.

Love is reality’s foundation. Through meditation, we begin to see, love, understand, and forgive as Jesus does. Our perspective shifts entirely. 🌟 Remember: Daily practice—morning and evening—is vital.

You may ask, “How does this bring compassion and love?” Start with faith. Egotism blocks us; the mantra unlocks the heart’s door, letting love’s light flood in. 🌄 Be patient. Expect nothing. Just return, humbly, to practice. Gentleness, compassion, and forgiveness will reveal themselves. Fr John Main, The Search for Depth and Meaning, Chapter 3.7 Transformation of Human Consciousness.
