In recognition of the commitment and loving service of our dedicated leaders and core team members, SFA Church organized a ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ก on April 13th, 2024, attended by approximately 50 individuals.
During his ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, Fr. Paul Cheong emphasized the necessity for effective leaders to possess vision. Vision serves as the fuel that propels leaders forward and ignites the passion of their followers. He also underscored the importance of adopting a missionary mindset, enabling leaders to serve more effectively as missionary disciples of Christ.
In his ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐งโ๐ฌ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ก, Danny Nesan reiterated the significance of fixing our gaze on Jesus, particularly during times of adversity, thus enabling us to continue effectively serving and bringing glory to God.
Following the ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ on PFC matters and election guidelines/succession planning, as well as updates on parish events for 2024, participants engaged in a ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ facilitated by Adrian Danker, a corporate trainer. The activity aimed to promote unity, collaboration, and inclusiveness among our leadership team.
The session concluded with an ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ก, providing a cherished opportunity for fellowship and gratitude.
