One of SFA's key pastoral priorities in 2024 is to renew leadership by empowering new leaders. In April, a comprehensive Election Guidelines and Succession Plan was drawn up and presented to all leaders, and the election process took place across all SFA Operational Teams and Ministries in May and June.
The election process culminated with the Commission/PCC election on June 18th, bringing forth 21 new leaders who have answered the call to serve in the church's leadership team. We welcome these leaders and pray that the Holy Spirit will guide them in building a vibrant community of missionary disciples!
